Crew Scheduling

Our robust crew scheduling module saves you time and money by making it easy to schedule crews and make changes on the fly - all in an easy drag and drop screen with the ability to auto-generate a schedule. Plus, automatically notify individual pilots of their schedule. They receive their daily schedule via a text message. If they don't respond by replying to the text message within 1 hour, Heli Office automatically escalates to a manager to ensure that each pilot is aware of their schedule.

Equitable shift distribution

Pilots will end up with a similar average of duty time and flight time as well as similar number of shift (day & night) and average start times.

Qualifications

Based on the pilot's scoring the total cockpit score would have to be a certain number based on single or dual pilot situations. Further checks include the pilot being qualified and current for the aircraft type.

Currency

The pilots must not have any expired "Mandatory" crew record items
